    I have been annealing the PLA parts to increase the resistance to warping and make the parts more solid in general. This is done at a slightly lower temperature than normal though so guidance says it should hold up to about 80'c

    Not by me. As said there's a mod where you replace the link in the rear fuse box with a relay to make them ignition live.

    Are you charging for the item or the file to print your own? Also I have found PLA can deform in hot vehicles so prefer to use ABS. Have you tested it?

    Yes. I've watched mine a lot recently. It adjusts alternator load dependant on requested power. Eg if you're accelerating, it might drop to 12.0v whereas if you're decelerating at 2000rpm, it will start charging at 13.6 or even go up to 14.7...
