Weber carbs are known for not starting when hot, all the same the over heating problems need sorting first.. Does it have a rad fan and cowl?

Ours has never said anything to me, I use a 20lit tub as a waste oil container.

I reckon you would be better of buying a Dixon Bate one for a little bit more.

Take it to the dump, might be best not to take 50lit in one go.

You can get a tool off ebay quite cheaply that holds the injection pump drive sprocket in place whilst inj pump is removed.

It's about £25 and work well, comes with timing pins and crankshaft pulley.

Makes you wonder about what it's made from and how strong it is. Taking into account shipping and profit etc your £40 is probably more like £10 worth.
