Well guys more sat nav problems? bought one from a BMW no use no voice commands sent away could not fix. so i need one from P38
part number YIB100060 anybody have one please let me know.
just about to set fire to this one i bought and knock f--k out of it.

Bin it and buy a Tom Tom or Garmin, the in car ones are pretty useless even when they are working

Yeah, agreed with above. I just picked up a P38, and got a hold of the 2012 maps. My wife does a better job with a pen and paper to be honest. Not worth spending money on.

Just get a Tom Tom or Garmin as said above (Some Garmins are coming with lifetime map updates just now). Much better idea.

are you after the sat nav in the boot or the display up front as gotone out of a 30th anniversary model

I've just installed a lifetime map Garmin into my P38, inbuilt into the fascia. PM me if you'd like me to explain how I did it
