Looking into doing a service on my 3.5 efi, most of it is pretty self explanatory, but im unsure of which HG... metal or composite?

Im aware that the composite one reduces compression, so a bit less power.

Use composite the minor compression difference compared to the pay off of better sealing is worth it.

composite it is then!!

Yea ive decided im going to do a full rebuild! lol, rather then a service.
gona strip it, clean it, replace worn parts and rebuild!

yes ,but i still use tin to call a thin steel sheet

you mean you still call thin steel sheet tin? yes so do we, mind you its not normally as shiny as the tin head gaskets lol
