Looking for a Workshop / Barn / Lockup - in the Herts beds bucks area, if anyone can help please let me know

We did look at a few for a few of us to go in and rent together but tis very hard to find somewhere to work on the motors. Storage is no probs around £50 a month for one motor but space to work on motors, power, noise etc seems silly money.
