Hi, i have a couple of Hella worklights from a Landrover they have individual switches on the back of the light and have a H3 55w bulb in i think.. Here is my query...

I want to use these off a 80ah car battery so they are a portable means of lighting for camping, power cuts.. etc..

Do i need to run these with a bosch relay, fuse and switch or can i just connect them directly to the battery?

relay and fuse set-up if you dont want them to melt.

OK no probs! just need to get a waterproof box then to fit the components into!

Nah just buy a proper lampers lamp must easier to carry around and just as bright if not brighter than a car spotlamp.
