Have 110 pick up which I don't use a cover on. Has front spots and a light bar on roof with 4 forward facing work lights. I need something on the back. Either flat mounted on the back panels near the tailgate (so would want a live feed from sidelight and light would need a switch on it). Or other option would be to mount on light bar pointing backward, again switched!? Or any other suggestions welcome

Why not get one of those led light bar jobbers of eBay and mount it on the rear of the truck cab, use a switch in the dashboard to control it

Don't use the sidelight wiring to provide a live feed for the work lamp, it's not really sturdy enough. Just run a new feed back direct from the battery and controlled by a switch in the dash. Might as well stick a relay in it too

This. Piggybacking off existing circuits is usually asking for trouble. If you wanted it to be controlled by the side lights, you could have a relay switched by the side light circuit, with the power coming from a separate fused connection.

There was a similar thread a month of so ago, I posted up some photos of my work lights on the back of my 90 with some action shots. They are really good and are up badged durite 6 LED lamps.

Due to the fact that taptalk is now completely useless since the last update, and I now have to use the main website on my iPad, I have no idea how to link to my old posts.

Otherwise I would be more helpful.
