landrover 300tdi, battery is ok all ignition and dash lights on, turn key and nothing, dash lights don't go dim, theres no noise, just nothing, any ideas

probably immobiliser it can be bypassed ,sometimes making sure all doors etc shut lock un lock a few times will cure it for a bit

tried locking and unlocking lights flash 3 times when locking but dont flash when unlocking

Depending on the year of vehicle, you can buy a "spider bypass plug" from Land Rover for about £5.

Check the battery in the fob first, assuming it is a two button one. Without a fully functioning fob present at the ignition switch the engine won't crank.

Indicators not flashing when unlocking is a warning of a flat fob battery, the info is in the owners handbook.
