Hi any way to test front wiper motor directly off battery? motor has 3 wires I'm guessing 12V neutral and signal red blue yellow, and yes it's dead at the minute.:(

-ive and the others are permanent live and the switch wire.

If you put the to a good earth, you can put the other two together and it should work. The permanent live is used for parking the wipers.

Can't remember the colours though!

Hope this helps.

volt meter or a made up lamp tester would be easiest to test wires. Would have thought it's an earth and 2 lives for dual speed?

Also check the spring wire drive from the motor to the wiper spindles is not jammed in the tube that runs under the dash. You can disconnect the spring if you remove the cover where it comes out of the motor and see if it moves freely
