Hi Forum.

One of the jets on the front windscreen of my 2013 Defender 90 Puma is not working. Reservoir is full of fluid, pump runs with no problems and one side does spray. I have tried cleaning out the nozzle with no luck. This has only stopped working recently. Any ideas on a fix?

Thanks!

I do not know how to access it on a puma, on the older ones, they are very easy to swap over through the ashtray on the dashtop. If one jet is still working the other will just be blocked and some more careful pocking and prodding to clean is likely too be all that is needed.

Hi, to replace the washer jet on a puma you have to remove the dash & the heater pipes.
Had to replace the wiper wheel boxes on mine & the last thing you find is the washer jet
so it is fitted first.
You will need to strip it all out.
But you can buy a repair kit from Rimmer bros witch is just the outside part, so you just
pry the outside part off leaving the inner part intact then glue & tap the new outside part
in place with a hammer. good luck.

Hi folks.

I will try cleaning out the nozzle again and blow through the lines to see if this helps first and report back.

Thankyou.
