As the header says ..why only one? Does it fit the petrol tank side?

Bolt plate part number mrc5509. shown in the book as fitting the seat rail to the seat box.
Only one supplied bottom of pic.

It is something of a special bolt with rubber washer that allows a tad of movement. Think it is to do as allowance for different expansion rates of tank full of juice and chassis as temp changes. Probably would not matter in UK but in the Sahara desert cooking by day and freezing at night, prevent stress cracking of tank mounts.

It has a (2) in the diagram, would that suggest there should be two?
I'm not much use as I don't even know where it goes.

There are 3 bolts in rear bracket and just the one on the front.

It goes at the back of the "drivers outside seat rail". You won't be able to get a spanner underneath 'cause of the tank.....
