Doing my P-Gasket next week on the Disco, thought I'd better get myself a torque wrench.

Looking at:
Sealey STW1011 3/8" Torque Wrench 7-112Nm Micrometer on eBay (end time 16-Sep-10 19:28:36 BST)

Halfords | Halfords Professional Torque Wrench 8-60Nm

I know the Halfords tool is more money but is there something to be said for a smaller range rather than a wider range?

Might get a 1/2" higher torque another time.

There's also a cheap crappy one in Toolstation for £16 but not sure I'd trust it:
Toolstation > Automotive > Mechanics Tools > Torque Wrench

I don't want to spend professional money but any recommendations?

the toolstation one os crap and the halfords one is weak but the sealey one is as good as snapon and the rest of the top end toolmakers ive had one for 18 months now and its never let me down even with the abuse ive given it ( cracking stubborn hub centre nuts after ive snapped me halfords long bar ) sealey are well worth the money
hope this helps john
