Hi
I have bought a set of L322 wheels and appropriate adapters for a mk4 golf.
A few people have said that I need specific nuts for these wheels.
AND that they need to be the "black type" nuts.

Other than the obvious fact that the faces of the nuts are flat and not conical or tapered, what else is the reason I need genuine nuts?

Can you point me in the direction somewhere on the net to buy some?

I found these: CLICK

or

these: CLICK

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Oh and HI!

What an odd thread....

First set of nuts are for Land Rover Steel Wheels - They wont work with anything else

Second set are for Land Rover Defender/Discovery Alloy Wheels.

Yeah, i didn't think you would have across this!
I really appreciate your help.
These are what I have;

I have seen this and guess that the special nuts are basically collared to fit into and fill the holes.
Like these;

Swapping a Golf for a set of Range Rpver wheels seems a good swap to me!
