There should be an adhesive strong enough nowadays, anyone reccommend a good glue?

Hi, I don't think they are ball sockets but maybe thats their name? They are small plastic lugs about 8mm x 8mm square maybe 3mm thick formed as part of the bigger plastic grille panel. They have sheet steel inserts to hold the self tapping screw as it goes through the headlight, and into the lug.
