I am just about to finalise TD5 purchase but need to know where to look to confirm engine on registration documents is the actual engine in the car.

Can someone please give me a reasonable idea of where to look

I think it's on the passenger side of the engine at the base of the cylinder head?

here u go m8, that thing with 4 pipes front left of image is the ABS modulator
