i have just seen these for sale and would like to put them on my 1992 defender. Just wondering if they would fit. They guy says they were off a 1989 discovery?

I think my front axle is a bit later through as it has got the wider brackets for the radius arms. Not sure if it makes any difference.

They are Boosts, so should fit. However if you have early axles (mine are 1986 vintage with rear drums) you will need spacers. 30mm look about right, but make sure you get a decent branded set, and make sure they are hubcentric. I have Bulldog and they seem fine.

Same as mine then. Yes, they will be fine with 30mm hubcentric spacers in that case. You will also gain a bit of steering lock too. You will need some alloy wheel nuts of you are swapping from steelies (and perhaps locking ones too!)

The pic isn't mine, but I've got a slightly tatty set of 5 of these if anyone wants to make me an offer ;)
