i have a 99 v-reg diesel 5-door 15" alloys, and have just been offered a set of 17" alloys off a 02 3-door petrol.
the guy tells me they will fit as the cars are the same shape (apart from 3 and 5 door),
is he right, will they fit???

yep ive got 17" 225/55/17 from a 2004 model on my 2000 xei
