How long should wheel bearings last on a ninety. I have just bought two axles of which have done a 100 k is worth changing the bearings while they are off the vehicle and is there any jobs that I can do while they are free. The discs will be changed. Thanks for looking

i took the opinion on my 90 which was heavily modified and had spacers and 35" tyres and done an awfull lot of offroadin that the cheapest wheel bearings lasted no longer than exspensive ones

so i suppose what you use your fender for and on how much you wanna spend vs how long they will last may be a consideration

those above are only £7 each for timken not dear for proper bearing

Replace only with Timkens!

Before you do though, check that they do actually need replacing. Mine have done over 150k and are still as good as new! It all depends on how you have assembled them!

Thanks it's all nice and tight no play but the to timkens do sound about right as I'm trying to build with better modified parts may even over engineer it, but it's the final result that will tell me whether it was worth it or not. Thanks again.
