is that like fireing a proton torpedo through a ray sheilded exhaust port to destroy the death star ?

That is exactly what I said, you just cleverly used the letter's in a different order to convey the same thing.
Series71 hit the nail on the head:D:D

photon topedo - star trek

proton torpedo - star wars

if yer gonna correct me get it right :D:D:D

:rolleyes:well says a lot about a person being a sci-fi geek
should read a bit more of a series workshop manual , might make for less break downs

That be a lovely engine on chassis! who needs a body?
I passed MOT today, :D after about three weeks of fiddling with brakes! well waiting for parts, etc.. (the rest took two days).. the wierdest test so far, had the mechanic and I tightening brakes adjusting headlight beam, horn disappeared and reappeared, main beam same, had to take 15 mins out to run round the block (in the vehicle) with my foot on the brakes to correct front imbalance... We were DETERMINED to get it through!!

I also took the towing bracket off, and cleaned it up and repainted it so I can fit a nato hitch to it, just got a trailer to work on.. (Brockhouse/Sankey can't find out which yet).

determined to get round to servicing zenith soon!!!
