missus ran t 38 with t pad down as a result t disc is now f ked, i know you guys dont like britpart, saw some drilled and grooved at paddocks, will be using mintex pads, cars a 99 dse with vented disc s, so what do ya recommend, very little motor way miles , mostly short local runs 25 miles round trips or so.

dunno , but I went for ap lockheed but only cos they did me deal. google brembo and they do a very good price delivered

go for ebc pads. much better than mintex for similar money. many swear by mintex but i find they have a tendency to squeal.
 
Not sure what crap my local indie used when they replaced my rear discs just over a year ago but one of them has warped already so I'm not impressed. Wouldn't surprise me if they were britpart.

Text speak is not my favourite communication method. It ****es me off actually. Kids come to visit and sit texting on their phones all the time on Faceache or whatever it is. It's totally anti social in my book. A lot more so than smoking. It really gets up my nose when you visit someone and you have to go outside for a fag but they are there on their fooking phone all the time. Rant over.

No problem with that here, no mobile signal unless they stand out in the garden. Really ****es the kids off if it's raining:D
 
thanks guys for all the info, i aint good at the tpying so the short cuts suit me and i had not planned on getting good ta it ha ha ha ,as regards the disc ,does op mean go for the genuine lr part or just a good quality after market and if so which one, using mintex pads cos it was all i could get at my local supplier in a hurry too keep the car on the road.
