I'd like to know what they're called, and more importantly if they are correct for a Disco 1.

Thanks

Umm they look similar to Quicksilver Cyclone from the 200 series D1… Google.
But if not, then not D1 and they would be from the Defender era.
Whatever they look smart :)

The guy I got the Disco from reckoned they were off a Range Rover, so want reassurance they're ok a Disco.
It appears the D1 wheel was also fitted to the later RR classic, https://www.handhsurplus.co.uk/prod...-classic-cyclone-16-alloy-wheels-x-4-ntc7739/
In my day with a RR they were fitted with three spoke wheels
Look at the rim for the part number NTC7739, if any other number Google search that number.

Also to add, it seems as I thought, the Defender was fitted with them at some time.

Hi, LR only listed those cyclone wheels NTC7739MUE for the D1 but as discool's link says will fit RR so they are correct for your vehicle.

Thanks, however they don't really look like they are the same as NTC7739MUE. They are quite similar though.

It is hard to tell from LR parts list drawings but as discool says have a look at the inside of the wheels to check the part no. then you'll know for sure:).

They look remarkably similar to the "Ranger" wheels fitted to SWMBO's D1 :-

Perfectly fine on her's, so ..... pretty much fine on yours I would think - alternatively, they are dangerous and you should sell them to me for a half eaten Mars bar, a few midget gems ( no red ones ), and the remains of a Curly Wurly .... o_O . . . . . .. . . . :D
