Can anyone tell me the make of these FWH and where to buy spares, as four of the tapered bolts are missing and i had to use an easy out on another.
I'm about to rebuild my front axle replacing chrome ball etc. Will probably need to ask for more help later.

Thanks for info, your right about nothing to replace that wears. Not sure that I can justify paying for a overhaul kit to replace the five small bolts, may have to go back to the original fixed drive.
 
I have long since given up trying to justify anything regarding my Landy. But SWMBO has a horse, which is a financial black hole, so thankfully, spending £££ on my stuff isn't an issue. ;)

Personally can’t see much point in the free wheel hubs. I know what they do, just the overall effect seems somewhat limited for their outlay and increased maintenance.
 
Same as mine.

I used a small torx bit and hammered it into the allen socket to get mine off. Works every time now.
 
I have to say that from what I have read that seem to be abit like marmite. Will look to see what is the cheapest way forward, if I can find some way of replacing the bolts cheaply they will stay if not it will go back as original.
 
I have a similar problem with my free wheeling hubs where the pro IOU’s owner lost on of her bolts and subsequently
Filled the hole with silicone to try and seal it. This does stem the flow of of oil slightly but I need to replace the bolt. I was going to carefully measure it and just order a replacement from a fixing supplier. If I can find a proper old fashioned shop somewhere I will take it in and try and get it matched. Surely the bolts you need are nothing special you just need to get some the same Size rather than specific for the hub?
 
If you are on a limited budget then you could drill out the tapers and use std cap heads and spring washers. Those kits at £30 seem to have the bolts and I suspect that once you looked at drilling and ordering cap heads the £30 will look cheap. I have Warn hubs and find they do make a differnce to the steering and braking but I always run at least 20% in locked to oil the pins/ujs. The big fault with locking hubs seems to be over greasing so they won't move.
