There is a very usefull sticky on the second page of this section about tyre sizes and modifications for different tyres but what is meant by altering bump stop hieght?
The bump stops are the rubber lumps on each side of the axle, to ensure the body doesn't crash onto the axles. When you do a lift you would normally increase the height of these rubber items.
