Just became the proud owner (6 months ago) of a 2003 3 door 4 seat petrol Freelander , this motor have been well looked after and is in mint condition, a couple of opening questions, is there a cubby box which fits into the gap between the rear seats and if so where can I source one , what goes in the box wi the hole in it on the roof between the sun shades at the front next to the windscreen, this seems to be missing something. Thanks in advance

nothing methinks ..
landyzone rumour has it .. that it's to stash sunglasses .. i've found it useless even for that ..
might do for something else .. as to what i've yet to find out

Cubby box part number is STC7915, long since obsolete.

I do find it's a ridiculous size, nothing fits in it other than my phone...

Ive often wondered what went in the supposed sunglass holder

my only thought would be a garage door , electric gates remote control, so it can be put in there and the hole is to push the button ??
