Hi o am new to Defender ownership and trying to sort out the amazing mess of wires behind the stereo. One wire from a rely seem to go to the above, any idea what it’s for? There are also two wires on the relay that are disconnected and one that seems to go down to the fuse box
 
That's the no4 cylinder heater plug - daisy-chained on forwards to the other cylinders.

It goes to a relay and there are two wires coming out of that relay that are not attached anywhere
 
Take a picture of the complete engine bay and year of vehicle would help.
Wiring looks a bit of a birds nest at the best of times.
