Front axle is coming off next week to do diff and swivels, well actually I'm doing another axle up and swapping them over. I've a choice of colours for the axle and I want it to look nice so what dya think is best?

I've got maroon, cream, green, or black.
I rather fancy it's a toss up beween green and high gloss black as the 110 is green.
The 'new' springs are yellow by the way (Thanks Boydy) so that might influence the final choice.:scratching_chin:

yeller!!:behindsofa:
Springs are yeller, dunna want tamuch yeller cause I then I'd have to polish it an clean it after goin out in the rain an stuff.

I'm leaning towards dark green with maybe yeller diff gaurd or is that a bit military lookin:)

oh ffs just paint it with whatever colour paint you have handy

thats what Si did and is why he's got silver axles now

sorry i meant chrome .......

Not truly correct.

Only one axle, and its missing its car now;):jaw:

I'm very concerned as to how it might look when I get amongst Land Rover people with it, want to look like I know what I'm doin dont I.

Might do it green with black hubs and silver diff gaurd:cool2: then I can park on Sainsury's car park with pride

Have you contemplated how you're going to pleat the curtains yet, and whether to crochet the cushion covers or just cross stitch them?:D:D:D

gotta be black. any other colour is gonna look a bit gay i reckon. if you paint them cream or yellow how about painting flowers all over the bodywork wearing beads and bright coloured clothing and growing your hair down to your waist ? gloss black is the colour of an axle.
