i will probably be taking my current daily driver, although it has had a couple of mods
theres plenty to do with something running ats and no lift - just coz its a pay and play doesnt mean you have to go arse over tit and play mentalist on the hard stuff - theres plenty of "challenging without wrecking the motor" technical bits at whaddon!

Isn't eveyone bored with Waddon ???
I'm more inclined to want to try something new, like Boxhill Quarry, alas that is closed. But Slindon is open,

you cant have done all of whaddon surely?
also - you will have your truck cab so will be able to go more nuts
also - i will have bigger tyres so will be able to try the stuff i chose to leave last time - the big step is one thing i want to give a go
if its one thing i have learnt about whaddon its that you cant do it all!
its also comparatively cheap!
i am definitely up for trying out other places - but what with new tyres and travelling for the best part of 3 hours to get there i would rather go somewhere i know to be honest.
booger if i manage to sell some of the spares im selling i might be getting me a rangey. 8 months mot, and standard other than a coil conversion - but less than 600 quids. and its got a v8 in it so i can rag it. and i will have bf mt's from my 110 when i get the new ones to chuck on it

The only bits I didn't do at Whaddon were the bits where everyone was getting stuck, with seriously modded trucks, and the bits where people axles were bashing on the rocks. I just didn't find it as exciting as Core, and thought we should keep looking. But maybe I was too cautious because I wanted my landy to actually get Cape Town. Will give it another go, but if it's dry and boring I will say I told you so

i am selling the series - because i can get alot more cash from it than i forked out in the first place. so that will leave me with just one landy in the uk - the one i want to take to africa. hence my requirement for a **** around one. and a range rover classic with oodles of mot and a v8 fits that bill. i have MTS for it - it already has coil suspension. all it needs then is some guards and its ready to be spanked around pay and plays. i have a thing with driving over rough stuff quickly!
