I live near to the Devon/Cornwall border, does anybody know if there are many non-damaging green lanes in the vicinity? If so, are they easy to find?

There's a few.
Start by investing in the 1:25000 OS maps.

Loads in South Devon, lots in North Devon, quite a few in East Devon and not many in Mid/West Devon

There should be a few on those maps, look carefully and ddont set your sights too high, some of them are quite short. There is at least one decent BOAT within twenty miles of you. Might be an idea to wait till its dried out a bit, sopping wet here again now.

Can you please remove the link to the irresponsible website?

By posting the location of lanes to people you are essentially cutting the effort required for the mud pluggers to damage the lanes.

I cant contact the owner of said irresponsible site and ask him to take it down but i can ask you to please remove it.
