went an did a few lanes today with spireite an another one of his mates,
had a great day, did loads of great lanes, an i never needed the intervention of a tow stropneerner
but i did need advise once of twice, but we all live an learn

an i just noticed that the photo's are back to front, we ended up at pindale quarry for a play

as you can see we all had LOADS of fun but it wern't half cold an bloody windy.

an yes before anyone says the date an time are slightly wrong:eek:

my problem is i'm too gentle at times but thats coz i don't want to break owt
then i drive it up a HUGE rock later in the day
where's the sence in that?

thats the first time i got down stanage without needing a tow:rolleyes::D
i'll get some rock sliders sorted in the next few weeks a we'll have to go out an try them out:D
 
Have to say Pindale isn't a No Pay 'n Play site. There is one route through the dale. It is a well known problem area locally with off road bikers using the quarry as a play area. The locals have strong opposition to the lane being kept open and off piste activity just adds weight to their argument.
