Please please sort. Both my devices are android as opposed to microsoft but we cant seem to use the search function. When you open search bar it will not prompt the keyboard.

Sounds like a problem with your device set up rather than a forum problem, I'll try it on my Android tablet.
 
Well dont work on my samsung 1,2 and 3 my sons note3 or my asus tf201. Cant believe its wrong my end so asked my mate at work to log and hes given up and moved on as he said it was too hard to search.
 
It's not the best search function to be honest but works on all my devices. Are you using the google search? Or the forum search?
 
I've always had a problem using the search button, it open but then disappears when using my Galaxy S3 and now S5
The google search works fine.
 
The VB software that we are using is way out of date and in drastic need of an update. We've been promising to do it for well over a year now but still not got it completed.
It will happen.... One day!

surprised it hasn't been hacked tbh, it'll have quite a few known exploits.

hope you have a good backup system :D
 
We have been hacked on occasion. We keep the latest updates for this version of VB but it's an old version and needs upgrading.
 
make sure he's still alive.. 3.8.1 came out in 2009 :D


maybe i'm wrong about the version you are running
 
Makes it look like I ain't got a clue what's going on... Oh well got away with it for a while.
The change will come, it just takes time which obviously costs money.
 
i think it's probably been patched up, but the version hasn't been touched, else it would have been hacked to bits by now :)

just shout up if your geek or whatnot needs a hand.

I write VB6 and VBscript.... including the older versions. Anything I can do to help?

good lord, why man.. why? i presume you mean as a side-hobby

vbulletin, not visualbasic junk (it's php junk) :D :)

(i think it's nice that people offer their services to the forum btw :))

select advanced search:rolleyes: been doing it YEARS
