hi guys decided to get rid of the su carbs and go for either a webber 500 or the eqivilent read the info from a place rpi engineering in norwich they seem to do alot of them but keep going on about jet sizes all i need is lots of torque for off roading so which one holly or webber any thoughts welcome but forget replaceing the injection system cause i had enough of electronic grief

shop around rpi not the cheapest!
weber carb is designed to work off road just a carb will not improve a worn engine!
holley carb is a road carb poor off road

engines just been rebuilt in the last six months but injection system kept giving grief so its not even run in yet its done about 150 mile since rebuild and everything was done theengine side just the injection decided to go belly up

have u sold ur su carbs cos im looking for some to swap. I have some edlebrock four barrel carbs that i want to replace.

no not taken the su of yet but they will want a complete rebuild cause at the moment there flooding and floats not workinging properly still undecided which way to go yet as everybody seem s to have horror stories of both
