Anyone have or can get an image/s of the drain holes in the bottom of the front doors (1997 defender 90), I can't see any, i.e. size, where they are and where they drain to
As ever any assistance welcomed

Why do you ask ? I’ve rebuilt my doors with new sections and I just drilled two holes through and through. It doesn’t matter where i think. As long as they’re there.

I have water ingress when it rains onto the top of the lower seal / floor plate

Original doors have kink in the lower rail, one each end and one in the middle. Results in a triangle shaped exit. They are not much good as they block with ease.

Ahh that may be right, I now have galv doors (frames and skins) I'll have to check the "kinks are not blocked with galv

That may be the issue, the holes seem to be allowing the water out too near the inside !!

I've cleared the kinks into the door void (yes they were Galved up) and temporarily sealed the galv drain holes hopefully when we get the next downpour I'll see if it works (or may hose it down)
