How can I keep the TV playing while driving for the kids it says content inhibited when put in to drive its a 2017 sport

You should have dual view for the front passenger seat, (assuming it's a RR Sport, not a Discovery Sport) if no rear seat entertainment then get them to look out of the windows or maybe 'talk' - far more educational and engaging than mouth-breathing at a small screen IME.

Either you have not pushed the right button, or you shouldn’t allow the kids to drive.
Our 2011 RR will let passenger watch, sure it would for rear seats too if installed.
