You are sooo right. I always carry a small child to act as a depth guage... if its over his head it's too deep!

its says She ignored two warning signs, and it had swelled to a depth of about 4ft (1.2m).
and it says CARS ??? not 4x4 ????
obvious warning Woman driver :crazy::frusty::crazy:

Maybe - but we arent invincible. I have seen many posts from peeps saying their motors were starting to float when crossing fords.
My only point is to take care - rivers can change within hours. Make sure YOU aint another statistic.
