So you know all the current status of all the Public ROW that you are using then?

Do you get a permit for running large groups?

I know loads that are not marked on the maps.

So your providing a service then and paying tax on the profits? Do you have a risk asesment for the routes you using?

Right all the lanes i use i am allowed to by the land owners. i do have a permit for groups up to 14 and i am vat registered so i do pay tax on my profits i have done 23 of these trips now and had no problem i am insured and a risk assment has been done on all the lanes i think that covres all the questions for now

So you apply to the MSA for every permit every time you lead a group out, stateing the route?

Do you have the grid ref for the cross axle section in your video in your first post? As if its where I think it is then it is NOT legal to drive anymore as its a Restricted Byway.
