The only major problem with my newly acquired Disco 2 TD5 is the tyres, two rather perished Michelins on the back and some terrible Chinese cheapskate specials up front.

My old Disco 300TDi had BFG A/Ts which I found to be good all-rounders, but they aren't available in 255/65 16. The nearest equivalent seems to be the General Grabber AT2 - does anyone have any experience of them?

I have AT2 on my Disco2(for 25kmiles ) and are OK!
The profile is the same as Bf-Goodrich AT, on deep mud is not the best choice..
The compound is good , lasts longer than most others.
Very good on roads, not noisy, a good tyre!

my mate has em on his td5 disco with a 2 inch lift, says its excellent offroad and very little road noise from em.
