Freelander 1 TD4 2000 (manual) has massive gear stick vibration, no other knocks or wobbles, just the gear stick. we have done a few jobs ourselves on the car so want to have a go, just need advice, pointers, maybe pics! i think its something worn or come off part of the gear stick linkage. thanks

sounds same as mine, lots of freeplay when in gear = worn gear linkage, need to order myself one of these, although the advert says no, I've e mailed the seller and he reckons they do fit freelander 1's

i emailed a seller selling the same item but cant see why it cost so much so when i get a chance i will get one from a scrappy and have a play with it as all it looks like is a sleeve and bolt

That kit would be no good for a td4 as they don't have a pg1 box and have a different linkage.

I'm in the same boat looking for a kit for a td4 and not found any so far
