I picked up My first Landy recently. I have a 94 defender 110, 300tdi. Hoping to make my drive a bit more comfortable for exploring the UK this summer.

im about to install a cruise control unit. I need to tie into a vacuum line. I’m new to diesel and just found out the engine doesn’t produce vacuum like a standard petrol.

I don’t have egr. So my we question is what is best to use for vacuum? I prefer to not T off the break vacuum. Is the turbo vacuum sufficient? Will installing directly off back of manifold work?

Thoughts?
