Hi

I hope this isnt a daft question as i am not a mechanic but can you fit a vacuum gauge to a TD4 engine ??

Or failing that a turbo or a boost gauge ?

why hows it going to help ,you can fit boost guage

Vacuum gauge for what? who you sucken.? Turbo boost gauge yes by all means, also add a pyrometer to your turbo.

Hi

to keep an eye on my right foot !! I fiited one once on a petrol car and was very useful, seeing as fuel is so pricey these days the vacuum gauge would be useful again. just unsure if it was posible on a deisel.

T-piece off one of the vacum lines or nipple off the inlet manifold.

turbo engine doesnt run a vaccum ,surely you can feel when cars running economicaly

not on diesel,turbo boost gauge is what you want. Does the same thing as vacumm on a gas motor

if you fit an egr bypass, some have a spigot which will happily take the pipe for a boost gauge.

not all bypasses have this though, so choose carefully

Yes but it wouldn't pull my caravan would it !!!!
