i have a range rover 3.9 v8 & it cuts out when hot & takes a long time to start, can anybody help

ignition amplifier?
could need a full service with dizzy cap/arm etc

Could also be running rich, check the temp sensor and the MAF if it has one.

sounds like the amp , they are only £10 on ebay so just fit a new one.

Could be a few things, if you just want to replace things and hope try a new ecu coolent tempreature sensor or get the ecu pluged in to testbook or similar as there could be a combination of devices failing.
