Apart from the obvious.
Look at a series 3 with the conversion.
Make sure you've got the right length (short) bellhousing.
Get the exisiting radiatior recored - it will definitely fit back in.
Fit a leccy fan.
Fit K&N filters.
Fit 3.54 diffs.
Get a post 1990, pre 1994 110 V8 transmission tunnel.
Get an LT77 in A1 condition.
Get a transfer gearbox with 1.411 gearing.


Or...

Forget it, it was never designed for the installation, or permanent 4 wheel drive. Flog it, or break the series 3, and fit a V8 into a tired early 90 you get for a song on ebay.
