I`m toying with the idea of putting a V8 into my diesel 19j 110. Can anyone suggest a good engine, carb or inj ? What gearbox/transferbox would be needed. Would a new fuel tank and fuel lines be needed? Would the current discs on front, drums on back be sufficient.
Any ideas/thoughts welcome. Any one know of any links that explain where this conversion has been done.

it will fit yes. i got a doner Range Rover and i used the axels G/Box itc and it had a 3.5 EFI which i had no end of trouble with getting it going so ive put carbs on it and it runs like a dream now and sounds lush.

i used the same fuel tank and i replaced the pipes so i new i had good ones on there. you will need a fuel pump whic i still have a New one that will fit a EFI so if you want that giz a PM
