Herro everybody!!!!!
Any tips on how to move the v8 from my fiat punto into a series 3.
I dont want that thing in a series 3 when you drive above 40 mph and the engine explodes. It happened to my mate and his son and they both suffered severe burns and had to have there penis' amputated.

PLEASE HELP ME.

After removing the engine from the punto it turns out that it is a 1.4 litre MultiAir turbo, not a V8 . Will i be able to insert it into my series 3 or not?

I really should have taken the advice off here. I might just have to drive less than 40 miles an hour to reduce the chance of more people having to have their penis' removed.

The only problem is though i can only see one engine under the bonnet of the punto, so where will i get the required two to create my v8? and as i said i will do anything to avoid my treasured series 3 setting on fire.

Give it a go, 1.4 turbo in a SIII would be a good project, get a good adapter plate and figure out the best ratio transfer box for maximum torque, but that is somebody elses speciality.

Im gunna take it down me local garage tomorow to have it checked out.

bloody well are.

new engines just gone into mine and the box is being an arse. ****ing me off now is this project but once the box is in thats it, wiring has been set up, labeled and tagged ready to solder back together/plug in

if you needa V8 flywheel drilled for a series clutch I have one for sale
