Karl-Heinz Nowag say they can do USA but not Canada for a car 20 years old.
Thum Insurance will do both USA and Canada, but not on cars more than 20 years old.
Three months perhaps a bit more.
Not a problem - see form HS-7. As well as first submitting form EPA 3520-1.
Sorry Thor but do you know something you are not telling us!!. Have you had experience of not getting a car in.
