Tyres cost more, ride worse, calibration needed after the change.

The l322 rides nice on 20"

Any bigger and the ride becomes rock solid

They ship as standard with 20" before they stopped making l322's.

I found the ride on 19's too bouncy - the upgrade to 20" dramatically improved the road handling

I have a set of 4x20", I need to think if I want to sell them.

I went the other way. took my 20" off and put 18" on.
I think it is much better like this..

No need to recalibrate as the overall diameter is the same

20" better than 19" in ride quality and handling IMHO. 18" give the softest and probably most comfortable ride. No need to recalibrate anything!

Where are u located? I may have a newish set available.

How the bloody hell can an inch bigger wheel with a thinner tyre profile give a better ride?

Wammers, it gives a better drive I.e. it handles a lot better!! THe 18" give the most comfort but I found the 20's better than the 19"..... alles Klar??

Right ok. Try some 22s they maybe even better. Nein, es ist eine dumme Aussage. Placebo-Effekt vielleicht.

22" ? gangsta rock hard wheels lol

Yes this is true. I find it hard to believe anyone would say the ride on a larger wheel was better. Unless they came with a 2 inch soft foam cushion for the seat. The ride and handling will be inperceptable 19 to 20. But when you've had 18s fitted changed to 19s then changed to 20s i suppose you have to justify it somehow. I think he should go to 22s and start dealing. It's seems to me to be the only way forwards. :D:D

Im not l322 im p38 and recently uped to 18" from 16" and although the ride is a bit more harsh the handleing seems alot more precise and theres less of the boat feel

Soft ride yes, but a little too bouncy around the corners for my liking

The 20" is a good size wheel. Best of both IMO
