removing my EGR is one of my round tuit jobs for next year.

My EGR is working properly (for now) was just wondering if I would get similar results to a full removal by just unplugging the connector off the top (presuming that controls the opening/closing of it.
Or do I need to remove/blank off the vaccum pipe as well, although if Im right, the plug controls the valve, the vaccum just operates it.

any ideas??

You could seperate the manifold hose from the egr and put a blank in ;)
Cut a blank from a bean tin and bolt inbetween the manifold hose and the egr valve assembly - sorted :D
