Can anyone help identify these? I took them off my 90 some while back and from the looks of them they are handed and from the underside somewhere but for the life of me I can't recall where. I can't spot them in the parts list either! Looks like I managed to cut into one when removing something else but I'm a blank. I didn't label them so either I thought they were too obvious or not going back on !!

Thanks for getting back. End covers for where / what? They are 3mm metal so somewhat structural perhaps...

If there not on the parts list, could they be off an accessory like a side step or something similar ?

They are definitely brackets but I can't see of what use they can be with no holes on the other end .

Brackets from a side step. Been cut off probably level with sill rather than bugger about trying to take em off.

Thanks for your replies. It's a 1994 300tdi. It has outer sills removed and rocksliders fitted by a previous owner and no side steps although this doesn't mean that it never had. I'll investigate the side step angle further.

Not the clearest picture but you can see the step brackets in place here. The sill is still off so it’s easy to see. Hope that helps.
