The topic has been done to death on here - there are two companies who make good corrosion prevention products - essentially "waxes", and they are Bilt Hamber and Dinitrol. BH's website has technical info about their world beating salt spray test results, where they completely annihilate the competition. I use both because Dinitrol do high temp products, and IIRC, BH do not. IME modern waxoyl is utter rubbish ( which is a shame as it used to be good ).
There are specialists that will treat you car professionally, starting with a steam-clean & drying process, then spraying/injecting the underside & cavities.
Sadly they are outnumbered by the many cowboys out there, beware of any outfit than will do the job whilst you wait
