waxworks in morpeth top bloke and good at his job

failing that do it yourself

Sorry disagree
Spent £400 getting my Discovery 2 done last June, sent numerous texts trying to arrange my annual inspection since this June but all to no avail.
Same answer each time - not doing any work at the present time.
So much for promises.
Stay well clear.
Can post photos of the texts if required.

I live near his premises and have noticed on several occasions while passing that the main gate was padlocked with no signs of activity. He did tell me last year that he was either moving to other premises or selling up, I can't remember which he meant.

if you have/can borrow a compressor,
buy a shultz gun of ebay, and after a thorugh jet washing/steam cleaning of undersides/letting dry,
buy the correct screw tins of "waxoil underseal"
I pay £6 a tin,
expect to use 3 or 4 tins, more for a good coverage..
I now use it on all my & families cars, very good stuff too..

put it on with this

UNDERBODY COATING GUN - UNDERSEAL WAXOYL / WAX OIL STONECHIP SCHUTZ SPRAY GUN - | eBay

then you can use the flexible pipe to spray clear waxoil in your chassis,
same tins as the black but runny till it "dries"
also good stuff..
as used in aerospace production on machined magnesium parts too :)

Yeah thats correct, however when I was deciding whether to give him the business or not he assured me in writing that I would be able to take the Disco to Morpeth for its inspections for the next two years - so much for that idea:(:(

Get some dinitrol from ebay and diy

I did mine, it goes on dead easy, if you haven't got a compressor they do it in aerosols too

If you want any individual components painting i can recommend overcoat in hartlepool

They blast,e-coat and powdercoat

Thanks for the replies, think I may give it a go as I have a compressor at the unit I building the other car. Was just looking to see if anyone was available to do it as it looks a ****ty job.

Thanks again.
