Hi, been trying to contact these guys for about the last four working days and with no luck. Neither email or telephone (0121 622 5562) has elicited any response, so I'm wondering if:
1. They're all on their hols? Nothing to that effect on the website, including the Comptons 2000 one.
2. Phone and internet down? Unlikely..... sort of...
3. They just don't like me and placed me on a bad-boy list. Their loss as I'm trying to buy a cover off them!
4. Ceased trading. I doubt that but asking here if anyone has been in touch with them very recently?
5. Fulfilling a mega-MoD order and it's all hands to the pump. Unlikely, as MoD hasn't two pennys to rub together.
There is a 6th one but it may alude to my brain-power and parentage....

I found them exactly the same to deal with when I was trying to buy a new tilt a year or two back, in the end I gave up, and ordered from All Wheel Trim who were a joy to deal with.

I am a previous customer of Undercover Covers and wanted to buy my next tilt from them but when it came to ordering (C/W the modifications that I had discussed with them at the shows) I found it very hard work so also went to All Wheel Trim.
Very happy with the product & service.

Hi Litch, it was your comments in a previous thread, where I think you had their cover for about 12 years and still in great condition, that prompted me to contact them. Disappointing, to say the least!
